Seriously I can not recommend Maggie enough! She makes the whole process of buying a home so smooth. She is like the family friend I never knew I needed making herself available to me always - weekends, after hours. My experience with her started a few years ago when she offered me advise when I thought I was going to buy my first home and didn't yet Maggie was so patient.
