Initial appointment was good with Alexis- I felt heard and told to get some bloods. Second appointment I was recommended some follow up tests. From someone who has not had much experience with naturopaths and the way some GP’s don’t mesh with them - I wish I was told this and recommended a GP who would be happy to take follow up tests. I spent almost $100 seeing a GP only to be sent away. Told Alexis this via email and who recommended a follow up video call only to be told “I thought this might happen” - I don’t understand why this info would not be shared. She then recommended a third appointment only to be told “let’s just review”. And to boot, sent another invoice for zero help. I was disappointed by the end of the experience, patients should be educated how to navigate this journey as part of the experience. I have found another naturopath.

I had my initial consultation with Melanie today and she was fantastic. Melanie was incredibly thorough and ensured all my concerns were addressed. I was nervous as this was my first appointment with a Naturopath and I had many concerns, however, Melanie ensured she took her time to read through my blood test results, asked in depth questions and did not rush. I'm looking forward to seeing how my health improves with my prescribed supplements. Thanks Melanie!

I came across Melanie on Instagram and really resonated with everything she spoke about - especially when it came to stress and overwhelm. As my own anxiety was getting worse, I decided to book in. Melanie did a comprehensive overview of all my lifestyle factors and have me really actionable tips to follow. She also recommended a variety of natural products which were well priced and delivered to my door the next day! I have already noticed a difference in my overall wellbeing. I'm sleeping better, my nervous system feels calmer, and I feel back in control. I can't thank Melanie enough. Would highly, HIGHLY recommend.

I booked an initial appointment with Melanie for some Naturopathic support with IVF. She was running 1/2 late for the appointment which is completely fine, but then rushed through my appointment. My $260 initial 45 minute appointment was only 30 minutes (I set a timer so that I could gauge how much time I had left to ask questions at the end) and she concluded that I wouldn't have a treatment plan until I got further bloods and the results of my IVF pregnancy test. I had a list of questions to ask at the end, but she kept talking over the top of me and saying 'ok, bye'.I followed up with an email to keep her updated of my results - I wasn't expecting to discuss my results over email, but just sent them through as discussed in my appointment. I also politely enquired if the rushed appointments were normal as they are quite expensive and I wanted to know if I was choosing the right extra care for me. I received a generic email reply letting me know that if I wanted to discuss ANY aspects of my treatment I would need to book a $90 10 minute tele health appointment. The only other email I received was another generic email asking me to please leave a review of her supplements.It was a really disappointing experience. I'm always happy to continue to pay for good service, but I don't think a follow up appointment is worth it in this instance.From someone who spends a lot of her online presence poking holes in GP care, I expected better.

Purchased the prenatal supplement capsules, the taste is horrible specially the after taste when you burp, wish I didn't purchase 2 bottles. One of the glass bottles arrived smashed, could have been packed with a little more care.

Had my first appointment with Melanie and it was great! Felt so good to actually be listened to for once after seeing so many doctors. All telling me my issues were just because of my age or handing me pill after pill as a bandaid. I actually feel like I’m finally getting somewhere now. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Melanie has been incredible to see. I have been seeing Melanie for her Naturopath appointments for the past year, and will continue seeing her forever!
