I bought a used k200 off these guys, used trucks don’t come with warranty & the sales team clearly state this. I Got the truck home after driving 1000kms & had it serviced & long story short the truck required a new cylinder head and diesel lift pump… quite a costly repair.. $18k to be exact. Ben the sales manager is a legend. He offered to send me all the parts required for the job from their store however i didn’t want to put 2nd hand parts on my truck ( they obviously offered 2nd hand parts as they’re a used truck parts store & my truck was a used truck.. (like for like exchange) ) We come to an agreement that RTP would reimburse me the total about of money that the parts would total up if they were to supply them. The transaction was easy and the customer support was outstanding. I myself understand that buying a 2nd hand truck can be just problems but buying with these guys certainly helped me in this situation. Thanks for your honesty & help guys
