Toula is a fantastic salesperson. This goes beyond her knowledge of the products but her generosity and honesty. I wouldn't go anywhere else as long as she is there. Worst customer Service, shady advertisement. Product was broken within 3 months of purchase and was told to go home and contact Electrolux by ourself.

Bought vacuum from Godfreys Campbellfied, the vacuum broke down (Which has 2 year factory warranty) after 3 time use, within month, Staff said vacuum need to be sent for repair no replacement no refund... better go other electrical store... not happy...

I was contemplating and not very familiar with any technologies of the latest Vac/mop i have purchased many over the years and not successful with any of what I purchased , I had Stratoula attend to me and I have to say she was absolutely amazing with her customer service experience Stratoula showed me demonstrations and explained the differences with the Tineco S3 and S5 I wish I could give more stars I absolutely love my Tineco I call it my magic wand, thankyou Stratoula for helping me choose the perfect machine for my very shiny tiles

Great Communication with customer but Came for the first time to buy dyson vaccum they didn’t had it so sales lady asked what I needed it for and funnel me to buy zenith vacuum. Told me will run 25 min after 2 week don’t run even 5 min brought back and now I have to wait for any reply for a month to find out what’s gonna happen. Very bad experience of customer handling after you bought. Reason being nothing is in their hands. They should be upfront with their policies that after 10 days only thing thay can do is send it back to repair center. Any way hard lesson learned don’t buy from local smaller store buy online at least they give 30 Days money back warranty.
