Absolutely no idea what they're doing

Had a interview, young girls were laughing before interviewing us and didn't feel professional at all. They said they'd contact us after the interview to let us know whether we got the job or not, didn't hear from them at all. I even emailed and it was lousy, no response at all.

This company help me a lot during the pandemic as a struggling international student. Helps me motivated and grow professionally. Started as a cleaner and now APO. Thanks ISS…

tried to call number doesnt work, went to office asked receptionist to pass my details to recruitment, .. 4 weeks later still no reply :-(

Worst company for Mining, dealt with them for 3 years on a mine site. I've had over 100 phone calls to sort out the tiniest things. Waiting 3 days for a room to be cleaned at times. Would not recommend.

Asked for help tracking down some clothes that got taken by their cleaning staff at a mine site. No one around at reception and the bloke I did see promised to call, but never did

Such a bad company. Why do you guys hire managers even they haven’t done any cleaning at all in there life. When you are hiring some they need to have good cleaning experience as a site manager. But you guys hired a site manager for Clairmont Quater and all cleaners having nightmares because of him. His name is Ragave shiva and he hired from from philip. How did he hired someone who never been in this industry. Please ISS if you need more information about this please contacleaners individual. Then you can see what’s happening in Clairmont quarter. Don’t do such a bad thing like this

Worst recruitment process, the recruites ever dont think they evee worked fifo or how hard it is ...calls you for an interview makes you line up with 70 others ..only to tell you that the job you applied for has no longer available and will contact you if it's available again.

I feel the noise was out of council restrictions an hypreshering the algea under the fence an up half the house wall is not appropriate for the services that you provide. Now we have to clean up your mess. Are you willing to clean up the mess??

ISS has transformed to a vegetable shop in a third world country!The vacancy adverts refers the ISS as a world class company of course yes it’s “ third world “I recently been to an interview for “ HR Coordinator, the two individuals who interviewed me even haven’t had professional questionnaire suited to a white collar position!The question were pretty average and only suitable for a “ casual cleaning position “The male person had promoted to “ Senior HR coordinator “ I was shocked with the level of unprofessionalism of him, I was surprised that he got promoted to a senior position, he never liked from the first impression’ body language so I knew the outcome of 14 minutes interview.And it took one month for them to send me the outcome of the interview.My level of experience and qualifications is way beyond the two HR people who interviewed me,so because of that I was unsuccessful!It’s a common fact that once someone feels insecure of the job because of a more qualified person, that person never gets the job !Good luck for the people joining to work with this type of clowns !
