Anna Bella Motel

Friendly service and close to town. Quiet and warm inside rooms. Room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed as a base for exploring surrounding national parks. Bed was very comfortable and extra pillows were supplied without fuss when asked for. Only issue was toilets make quite a noise re-filling.

An older style motel with excellent service. The room was very, very clean with plenty of coffee etc. Bed was comfortable and extra pillows if required. Wont hesitate to book there next time I am in Glen Innes.

We paid $110. Beds weren't real comfortable in rm 9. And cleaning job was bad, went to pour a glass of drink, all the glasses in fridge were awful. I had to clean it to drink from it. Under beds had dust bunnies. I think we were put in the worse room there, towels weren't matching and well worn out. But we still enjoyed our stay here. I didn't think it was open first drive passed, I drove straight past, cause it looked deserted.

Breakfast included in price however no breakfast was provided. Carpet felt as though it had recently been cleaned but felt like it had soap still sitting on it.Never any toilet paper provided in these rooms. My husband had to duck to the service station next door to buy toilet paper as we couldn’t find an attendant anywhere.Won’t be staying here again

We arrived in Glen Innes to stay overnight. Given the wrong room initially. The room we got was disappointing, it needs some basic maintenance and proper cleaning. We had to get batteries for the remote as it was flat.

U get what you pay for. The room description said toiletries. Don't expect more than soap. No lounge area in room, just a pair of dining chairs. Towels comprised 2 bath towels and floor mat only. No window to bathroom, skylight removed with a nice view of a crude corrugated iron roof, fan clogged up with dirt so much so there was a real ventilation issue. Cafe curtains to the room on a full size window doesn't really cut it with half a curtain rod only, the rest tacked to the wall. Looked like dried spit on the mirror. Jug too big to be filled in the bathroom basin. Microwave provided but no utensils. 2 stars, however, for breakfast toast with choice of jam, marmalade, vegemite and more than enough butter. Guess that's the bait to hook you in. Lots of truck noise until late at night and continuing in the early morning. TV had a remote belonging to another branded TV so buttons all over the place. At least on and off worked. Scruffy outside, peeling paint, broken brickwork, ashphalt lifting up everywhere. Checked other reviews so inspected the sheets for cleanliness. Quite poor actually. Budget doesn't have to mean lacking care. Glen Innes Chamber of Commerce had better make a point of helping businesses like this lift their game if they want repeat visits to the region, especially post Covid. Whilst on the subject of the town itself the main street in town on a Sunday afternoon was deserted save for 2 other tourists and 1 busker with no audience. We walked both sides end to end. You'd find more life in the local cemetery and have a better time of it to boot I'll bet. S.

Budget rooms a bit on the seedy side. However bed was really comfy with air con. And decent size fridge.

Disgusting mangers . Disgusting rooms .Oh be careful the mangers just let them selves into your rooms and then they leave the door open so Any one can steal ur stuff we watch the rude manger the other day enter a room and nor to clean in she took photos and stuff and allowed other ppl the enter the room . Wow .highly against the law to start with .Would never set foot in this place again no matter how tried I am pure dis-respectful that old girl they call a manger needs the sac

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. What more could you ask. Would stay again.

This motel is old but very clean bed was so comfortable. Would not hesitate to go there again. This had the best fridge others were so small. Staff lovely.
