Samsung have still not organized what i bought online a month ago to be sent out.

Worst delivery company I have ever experienced. They don't specify approximate times of delivery (fair enough) they only deliver between 8am-4pm. But drivers are supposed to call 30 minutes before delivery - doesnt happen. Sat around all day for them to not show up on the first delivery date. Second time around the driver calls as they get to the house at 3:45pm (our cameras confirm this). We had already left for the afternoon given we hadn't received any confirmation by 3:30pm. Driver says he will pass on instruction for delivery first thing the next day. Guess what wasn't passed on. Another morning sitting around wasting my time. You would think after 3 f&@k ups they would make you a priority. But no just more stuffing around.

The logistics side have excellent customer service. Both face to face and phone contact.

Very un professional. Sad to see the bigger they get the the worst they treat you.

I was waiting for 1 and half months for my package (34 inch Samsung monitor) to arrived, which is not pleasant at all but; really glad to have call up to a friendly and helpful person like Amelia for assistants, you speak to a real person but not a robot! Found out it is cause by samsung in Sydney hub got delayed on their shipping. Very friendly and helpful staff your company got there, including the driver who call up before delivery and made up in time. Good management and good team, keep up the hard work. Appreciated!
