Visiting the area with a cycling group from Sydney. Had issues with my top gearing, which I just couldn't sort out. Phoned Bob Wallis Cycles and explained the situation. Took my bike to the store (30mins drive away). Bob sorted out the issue as soon as he could and I was on my way. Furthermore, he refused any payment! So appreciated the service and care.

I had been a regular customer over the years but in recent times the shop has lost sight of the importance of customer service. Focus seems to be on selling only but when it comes to ongoing service and support you are treated like a nuisance and the staff have little time or patience for you. Have now taken my custom elsewhere.

Fantastic and knowledgeable staff, my son is stoked with the service and repairs to his Trek Marlin 4, claims it's a whole new bike. You guys have done a wonderful job at a very reasonable price, much appreciated.
