Awesome attitude - there to help the customer first! Our issue - no hot water - was quickly diagnosed over the phone as an Ausgrid issue, which has now been fixed. Recommended plumber - they installed our new hot water service in May exactly when they said they would do it! Thanks.

do NOT waste your time and money.Had supplied and installed Rheem 850-360 Lt by Inline just over 2 years ago (April 2019, the first price they told me was not the actual price, but anyways the unit was installed).Had a problem last night and called Inline this morning, had been told to pay $198 for investigating because it's out of warranty and this is not their problem.Called a local plumber who asked me what the problem is and told me what I could try myself, otherwise pay a $99 call out fee if I couldn't figure it out but I sorted it out the very next minute.What a joke!

David and his team is very professional. I used inline plumbing three times last 6 months, one time to unblock a sewer line, and second to do major works to replace a section of the sewer line that was identified during the initial unblocking process (damaged due to tree roots). Third to replace rubber seals in the toilets to stop unwanted ordour coming form the toilets. All 3 occasions, David, Mark and others who attended the site straight away identified the problem, suggested the best and most cost effective solutions to rectify the problems. I also went out to couple of other plumbers to seek quotes for the major works that was carried out, but none of them could identify the problems straightaway like David's team and all quoted about 30 - 40% higher. So from my experience i can guarantee they are very knowledgeable in plumbing and provides a very good service. Will recommend to anyone.

David and Peter with Inline Plumbing did the job, as well as installing a new faucet in my kitchen, a new pedestal sink in the bathroom and fix my toilet. The job took 2 days and despite some hiccups" along the way

David and Rob from Inline Plumbing did a great job on organising and replacing our damaged 50li water heater. Job was completed without shortcuts and was very responsive to queries and other questions. Very easy to deal with and job was completed as quoted. No surprises except for the obvious things that need to be replaced and fixed. Highly recommended.

Would like to say a big thank you to David and his crew. I woke to a very cold shower today, I rang David who immediately arranged for a Tech tovisit my house and fixed the service, the tech was very professional, clean and polite. He was very efficient in his repairs and explain what he had done.A very big thank you again.

Had a h/w system replaced, 2 days later, no hot water. they sent out an electrician who fixed the issue in 15 minutes. I assumed this would be covered under the original cost of installation but no. The CEO of this company charged me $297 for that 15 minute fix. The charge was reduced to $165 when I resisted. The tradesmen were fine but dealing with the boss is unpleasant. He talks over you and fails to listen. Very disappointing indeed.

Strongly would NOT recommend Inline Plumbing to anyone ***Very disappointing experience with the service level and let alone the installer ( Simon) replaced my hot water with a defective Rheem tank. Upon opening the box the inlet seal was missing and knowingly the installer went ahead and installed it. This Simon also charged me $300 above the quoted price saying new valves are required. As per the product specification the box included the temperature relief value and he charged me for it .VERY DODGY and DISHONEST sales practice as the quoted amount by his owner (David ) is not the final amount . The installers are trained to charge extra on site dishonestly.Upon turning on the system the condensation water was dripping against the wall. The installer(Simon) informed me that his owner (David) will contact Rheem to have the inlet seal fixed . Hello I paid $1700 to have a defective unit !!. Beware the owner (David) has a very good sales experience to convince you in buying with the common line used “. 30 years in the market “ and how his competitors are “dodgy “ . DO NOT FALL FOR IT ...If you encounter problems then you will not get any response nor apology from them and you are on your own to fight the battle. I contacted Rheem myself after the installation to have their technician inspect the tank . It was evident the unit was defective and Rheem’s conclusion was a write off ( placing a write off sticker on the unit ) .Rheem been a reputable brand replaced the tank within the same week at NO further cost to me . Buyers be warned as my experience caused me inconvenience for 3 days taking time off work to wait for dodgy installation with a defective product!!More the old tank was dumped at the front of my house for 3 Days where I had to make repeated request to have it removed. Very poor service at the completion of the job as once the new tank is installed then the old tank is contracted to the scrap metal guys to have it removed who will come in their own time as Inline pumbling responsibility ends once you pay them .... “ More of care factor ZERO “ to dispose the old tank.Buyers make informed decisions and buy directly from Rheem should you like the brand .... AVOID Inline plumbing at all cost !!!

I am writing this to sincerely thank Jay (admin) and Bastian (plumber). I rang to request for services of a plumber to repair the leaking valve in hot water system. Jay was able to send a plumber within a few hours at short notice. They were polite, efficient and quick. The problem had been fixed. I am impressed with this company and would definitely recommend Inline Plumbing and Electrical to anyone. I will definitely be using them again. Upul Devanarayana

Had Matt come out to service my hot water system. Someone called to notify me he was on his way. Matt was friendly and polite, explained everything he did, gave me some useful advice and cleaned up after himself. I won't hesitate to use this company again.
