Rashed is very knowledgeable about mattresses. We spent 1hr in his shop and he explained everything , let us try every mattresses in there. Made coffee for us. And the price of the mattresses are excellent considering what other shop charge. We have a perfect mattress a third of the price we paid at Bev mark and it was delivered within a few days free of delivery charge. We are very happy. And recommend them to anyone looking for mattress.thank you Rashed.

These guys know their stuff in and out. Waseel patiently took us through the mattresses that were within our budget and postural needs. We were encouraged to lie on the mattresses to have a good feel of them before making our decision. He also thoroughly explained the science behind good mattresses with cross-section samples. The delivery team led by Rashid was equally awesome. Bed frames and mattresses are heavyweight stuff and he skillfully slid them through the hallway and set them up in the rooms without a sweat. It was a fast and clean job done right. They're well worth a visit!

I did a lot of research before we bought our queen size mattress, walked in took our time not once did Waasi follow us or pushed us to buy. Until I initiated a question, and wow didn’t he explain all the finer details. It’s not easy to sit or lay on a bed for 30 minutes and decide if that will suit you, in fact he did say you will not appreciate this until a few weeks down the track. It’s been almost 4 weeks and aren’t we having a great return on our investment. Great sleep , exemplary customer service. Not sugar coating if you need a good night rest, speak to an expert like Waasi, I will recommend him to anyone to give you a good deal and a restful sleep.

I cannot recommend Factory Direct Mattress in Eumemmerring highly enough! Waasi and his team are extremely knowledgeable, professional and provide the best customer service I’ve experienced in years. I have now purchased 3 mattresses over the last 13 years from this business and am beyond happy with the quality of mattresses they provide. The mattresses out last the guarantee. What a pleasure to deal with Rashed. Was looking for a good quality mattress for our granddaughter as she was getting a new bed for her birthday & we wanted her to have a good quality mattress. Rashed took the time to explain the ins & outs of a mattress. It was great to get such in depth information. The service didn’t stop after I purchased from him. He agreed to have it delivered asap as we wanted to surprise her. He even left her an added gift himself. Thank you so much!Would highly recommend FDM to family & friends. Well deserved 5 stars!I've been mattress shopping to all big brands and range of small stores and found Factory Direct Mattress to be one of the best place in overall experience.These guys genuinely listen to your needs and suggests appropriate mattress within your range.Got extensive range of quality Australian made mattresses.They don't push or rush you to get a sale.They don't show frustration or make you feel awkward if you ask a lot of questions and still don't end up buying on the spot.They try to work around your convenience when it comes to delivery.All that at reasonable prices.To anyone who is out mattress shopping, I would highly recommend pay a visit to this place.

Thank you Waasi, appreciate your patience waiting for me to decide. I haven’t purchased a mattress in years hence I’m not up with the mattress technology. You provided genuine, REAL customer service – like how it should be. The queen-size Statesman Comfort Sleep feels like a dream from day one. Not only did I walk out of the store with a great mattress, I walked out educated and feeling content that this investment is a small price to pay for proper sleep. Thank you again.

The service provided by Waasi and Rasheed was first class. Went to the factory with an idea of what we wanted after speaking with Waasi on the phone. Waasi took the time to go through their range and make suggestions about what May suit. We settled on the Therapedic Touch of paradise firm. Waasi was great in throwing in some extras for free and the free delivery they offer is great. The bigger places will not give you free delivery at all.Delivery was made by Rasheed and was very accommodating RE when it was being dropped off.Can’t recommend the lads higher to anyone wanting to get a new mattress.The mattress we got was a firm and is the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on. Get one!!
