I was impressed with the shop layout and felt relaxed. The staff were very helpful and offered asisstance and explanation was clear on the products I bought. I was lucky the store had a sale on. It was a nice shopping experience. Cheers

Every time I go to Autobarn Coffs the young fellas there are so helpful, knowledgeable and nothing is ever a problem. Thank you I will only shop at Autobarn for my car needs.

Service used to be good but last couple of years you walk in and there are staff walking around with some obscure object, pretending to be busy. Actual customer service ....ZERO

Autobarn,! Coffs, good stuff, help me get a starter motor for a 97 navava 4x4 and some more assorys ki need,Degreaser, seat covers, mirrors, heap there for the handy man that works on he,s own car!!!

Staff rely on the computer and still gave me the wrong part thankfully it was easy to correct with them

Rang Autobarn Coffs Harbour to confirm that the advertised price for a Century N70T Deep Cycle Battery with 18 mths warranty was in stock they stated that they did have the battery in store after physically checking at that price AND it had 18mths warranty. On arrival at Autobarn the salesman produced the battery which had 12mths warranty on it's sticker, I said that the battery advertised had 18mths warranty to which the said Oh but they have changed it to 12mths". I said but you told me on the phone it has 18mths warranty as well on the website it stated with a photo it had 18mths. I then said this is false and misleading advertising that you have baited me to come into your shop. Very disappointed as I had drove to their shop and waisted my time
