Staff are really nice. Rooms are a little dated but very clean and comfortable. Quiet location. I enjoy staying here when I come to Coffs

Room was filthy! Curtains had dust all over them, blankets were thrown in cupboard and definitely not washed from previous tenants. Toilet filthy and smelt like a sewer. Iron missing from room. Lounge had crumbs all over it. Benches were filthy, as was the stove, as was the microwave! Outside chair was broke so only one person could sit outside at a time! We had to go out and buy our own cleaning products to clean the whole room! Disgusting! Especially during covid time when a thorough clean should have been done! Never staying here again! Only up side was that the pool and sauna was nice. Reception girl was lovely too.

Great place to stay. Rooms are clean. Heated pool and spa, sauna. Only downside was the aircon. Once it was on. Couldn't turn of. But that was no problem. And the hot water system was in the wardrobe in the main bedroom, which made some noise during the night.

Apartment 119 was dirty. Toilet was dirty. Sink in bathroom was blocked oven and grill uncleaned lounges were disgusting the mop that was there was filthy. Only good thing about it was the pool.the other guests very friendly. Would never recommend it especially for the price could have found a much better unit.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom self contained unit, which had everything our family of 5 needed. While some furnishing is dated an big effort to update and renovated the rooms has been made. We enjoyed a beautifully renovated bathroom. And enjoyed all the complex facilities. From the heated pool and spas to the sauna and secure carpark. Check in and check out was very easy. Only 1 minute drive to shopping centre and beautiful beaches.. we loved our stay. Thanks for the great stay sandcastles.

Dated unit needs a refresh they have done the bathroom. Good location friendly, reception staff. Terrible blocks of soap supplied may as well been blocks of wood. Smallest bath towels ever. Room was not ready nor was some one else's and cleaners had left.

The room was beautiful and spacious. Only issue was that only 1 blind worked and the shower flooded the bathroom floor. Everything else.......wonderful!!!!

Room 221, stayed 16 July 2022. I've emailed this feedback twice however no response.The apartment was really disappointing1) There was no hand soap at all in the unit, or shampoos or conditioner.2) The shower recess had hairs and was not clean.3) No sponge for kitchen: how do we wash up and wipe properly?4) We booked a Queen and 2 single beds. We received 2 Queen beds: this resulted in a terrible nights sleep as each adult had to share with each child as they are too young to sleep together.5) Taps don't turn off properly in bathroom and kitchen. Each time I used them I had to get a towel to aide me.6) One of the bedroom side table lights has no power point to plug into, so completely useless. You need an extension cord to reach the power point on other side of room. Also under this bed is garbage left by another customer. (Bedroom to the right)7) Room number has plark that says 21" on door of unit

Family lives here BBQ area pool sauna and spa . Good location beach across the road club and pub easy walking distance
