Excellent service! Staff are super knowledgeable and friendly and always provide me with super helpful and delicious cooking tips! I find them extremely well priced for the quality of seafood provided. I think it's extremely important to be knowledgeable about the product you are buying. And there is a HUGE difference between thawed, B or C grade product and fresh A grade. Salmon is not just salmon and prawns are not just prawns. I know for a fact I am getting A grade seafood with the Fishmongers, always. This aside, their local ocean king prawns and sashimi grade salmon is absolutely to die for! My all time favourite seafood retailer. 30 years and going strong!!

I just purchased half a kilo of medium king prawn , cost about $35 p/kg and they were not fresh at all, some prawn heads was almost falling off, some had no prawn heads ,just the body , meat texture is so soft, you know it's not good at all. So disappointing.

I have bought salmon from here twice. Both times I took the fish straight home, opened the package and noticed a foul smell. The salmon was not fresh at all and we had to throw it out both times. Very disappointing. Would not recommend this fish monger.

Bought from here a few times and have been disappointed. Seafood is not fresh, prawns are flavourless and threw an expensive octopus in the bin due to a strong ammonia/dog smell coming from it. Cannot complain about there fish fillets.

Very poor customer service the alaskan crab is sold at the buyers risk,The manager told me he has no way of knowing if it is any good as it is frozen so he can't tell the quality ,They reluctantly gave a partial refund but not before l had to put on a show for the customers and staff

I have purchased from here many times before with no problem however, purchased 6 cooked crabs for dinner. No taste, seemed like fresh water crab, maybe had been washed, frozen and then cooked in fresh water. Could not taste any of the ocean salty flavor one would expect of seafood.

BEST seafood! The produce is extremely fresh and the staff are true experts. Often I am asked what I am cooking and they recommend the best produce to suit that dish. Excellent customer service!!! The price is reasonable and the quality is exceptional!!!

Worse customer service . Never listens what customer are saying and if customers mention I have they to cut fish or clean and the staff mentioned you have not mention in rude tone. In front of customers they speak about the customer with other co-worker frequently. Listen to customer first place so, you don’t have to do it twice
