I couldn’t have been more impressed with the attention and assistance I received from Alex from the National Storage Phillip office yesterday. I was directed to the office by Telstra to return Foxtel equipment and Alex was incredibly helpful in attending to me while also efficiently dealing with a number of other customers as well as phone queries. She is a credit to your organisation.

Been there, waited for few minutes but the lady was keep chatting with another customer about other stuff, when asked can we come back as you are busy with chatting, lady rudely said, yes. I felt like we were not noticed at all, the lady even didnot say sorry. That was terrible customer experience at first time. Will never recommend for that company.Really felt bad.

Our first dealing with a storage company and a pleasant surprise. Booking process was easy. The person we spoke to on the phone was friendly, helpful and efficient. Free second month offered, which we didn't ask for.

Honestly could not have been a smoother, simpler or nicer experience. Used the Parcelpoint function, staff were friendly, greeted immediately, light jokes and were more than happy to assist.

Extremely professional, and very easy to work with. They took so much care of the equipment I had to get moved. They wouldnt leave until everything was perfectly back in place.

Easy access, but getting out is harder as managment park their rental truck near the exit, and thus close to the exit keypad, making a smooth exit impossible.

Waited for an hour and a half today (5th December 2020 between 11-1230pm) trying to use parcelpoint but no one was manning the office. Called the contact line and the guy kept on saying someone will be in 10min. Turns out that there were other customers who were kept waiting and being told the same info. Pretty terrible really and waste of everyone’s time. Whoever was working today for the office and the phone line should be sacked. Won’t be using the service again and just go to auspost.
