Stop asking customers if they want “full cream milk” if they don't mKe a fussy request because this has always been the standard in a coffee.....full cream milk, it's normal and your team behind the counter need to accept normality, don't make customers sound like their being the fussy one whilst you are when making the odd request.Wait time for your order is moderately quick, pricing on products can demonstrate less value for money.Coffee was 7/10Pastry 6/10

One of my favourite places to get coffee. Everyone is always so friendly there and you never have to wait too long. Plus the coffee always tastes amazing. Definitely recommend!
