Just back from neck, shoulder and back massage. Very happy with the staff at reception (today) and the massage. Clean rooms, relaxing sounds and scents. I will definitely return. Want to give everyone gift cards to also enjoy. :-)

Amazing massage! Cured all my sores. However , I left out one star because of the rude receptionist! There was another nice lady that was accomodating but the younger receptionist is very rude and has no manners. She needs to learn better customer service! But overall I recommend this Thai Massage to be the best place!

My recent experience here was very poor. But what made it worse was the response from the business.I booked for a 1 hour remedial massage. I liaised with reception about the areas I wanted massaged and where I was most tight/sore (I did not want a full body massage). The receptionist kindly communicated this to the therapist.What I received however was a a firm full body massage. So what I asked to work on only wasn’t followed, also there was no sense that the therapist was identifying areas with different techniques or attention, it felt very much like they were going through a set routine. It felt rough and lacked care and attention.The last therapist I had (who I had been advised had left) was amazing. She massaged only what I needed and gave extra attention to the areas I identified as needing more work.I was also told that the therapists don’t usually massage feet outside of the foot specific service. Just to clarify, I wasn’t seeking a foot reflexology massage, just remedial massage on my feet during the massage.The response from the business was to offer me a full refund, which is not what I was seeking. I would have actually preferred to be offered a massage with different therapist. I was advised of the following by email:“We regret to inform that we would no longer be able to serve you as our therapist do not meet your expectation and would like to apologize for the inconvenienced caused”. This is really disappointing. All I wanted was what I booked for. And it appears that is too much to ask for, at a price of $100.

Sawasdee never disappoints in relieving tight muscles and leaving me feeling relaxed. I start to unwind as soon as I walk in the door due to the beautiful peaceful surroundings. I would highly recommend them for both remedial and relaxation massages.

All around amazing experience. The atmosphere is very relaxing with dimmed lights, soft music, soothing essential oils and running water. The masseuse was very professional, and provided a wonderfully relaxing Sweedish massage. My muscles feel so much more relaxed, and I feel like my tension and anxieties just melted away. I would absolutely recommend them, and will definitely come back.

Such a calming and relaxing space. The massage therapists are totally professional and are great at what they do. Totally recommend the services offered.

Unexpectedly great inside decor, very spacious, relaxing massage music, experienced therapists. Overall a wonderful day spent here. Would definitely recommend .Very Clean massage place!

The therapists were all wonderful and it's a lovely place and atmosphere but I experienced the same rude treatment from the receptionist as many others here have documented. She needs a serious attitude adjusment or go work somewhere where you do not have to talk to people because you clearly do not have that skill.
