Keema Isuzu UTE Cleveland

We bought a car in January 2019 from Keema Cleveland and our worst fears happened two months later with a blown head gasket. Obviously traded with issues but not picked up easily. Even after extensive tests all levels were normal. No warranty was available on the car so we were expecting an expensive repair bill however our experience with Keema Cleveland (Paul in the service department) was exceptional. Paul went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after. They certainly stand by the products they sell. They did not have to but they fixed the car with no cost to us. I would certainly recommend buying a car from them and we will be dealing with them for all our future car needs. You are a credit to the industry and have restored our faith in the motor trade. Well Cleveland Keema anyway.

The service by Renae at Keema Hyundai Cleveland was awesome. Made the whole purchasing experience a breeze and managed to find the i30 model I wanted and get all the paperwork done so fast that I had the car in next to no time. Would highly recommend buying from them and Renae especially. Just had my first service of the car and that was excellent also. Was given a complimentary breakfast while I waited and my car was also washed free of charge!

Went here to inquire about buying a new D-Max with my mate. The guy we spoke to wasn't interested in telling us about the vehicles or quoting anything, he just told us we could do all that on their website. So went across the road and bought a new Mazda BT-50 from Oldmac Mazda instead. Just took delivery today.

This is a bit long winded, sorry....I took my D-Max there for the complimentary 3,000 k service (Springwood & Mt Gravatt were booked out for weeks). The washers weren't working and I asked them to check it out.My ute has a slide on camper fitted, with two attached Anderson plugs to manage and charge the camper. Upon investigating they found a piggy back fuse (double adapter) fitted to the spot where the washers were and rang me to explain any further investigation was not covered by warranty. Fair enough, I said I'd speak to the guy who did the wiring, Beenleigh Batteries. I spoke to Beenleigh Batteries as I walked back to the dealership, he said ask them to at least check the fuse and make sure the washers are okay Surely that can't be too hard for them..".Upon getting there I did so

While looking for a new car the staff Nas and Alex were fantastic . If you looking for very helpful service who are courteous , polite and go out of their way to ensure the car meets your needs if looking to caravan then look no further . I highly recommend them .
