Every time I go here, I have a blast. The staff greet me happily, and I, personally, have never had a bad experience at this library. All of my favourite books are in the wide variety and selection of books. It's my all time favourite library.

Library staff are so helpful. Facilities are top notch and kept in great shape. Short distance to to shops to grab a bite to eat.

Had the most incredible time at the library hosting 2 workshops lead by the team at the Library. The facility was fantastic and the staff were so lovely. Wish my home town library was as good as this.

Helensvale Cultural Centre
I love this library and we are there almost twice a week. The ambience is fabulous, the staff are helpful and there is so much happening in the library and downstairs as well. We read the papers and enjoy quiet times there. We attend some of the guest workshops and really feel PART of the library. Of course, we read lots of books too.

My favourite of the local libraries, sure they have lots of noisy kids activities but you can go upstairs if you want peace! The staff are top class as it the selection. I simply love it.

Great library. Lovely knowledgeable staff and lots of resources. There are also regular groups for all ages, from toddler storytime to much older people learning online publishing. The computer access and printing is a godsend in a tight spot. Love our library.

The Helensvale branch library is amazing it's modern and the amenities a first class I also really love the minimalist and modern style of the building itself definitely worth a look if you're into books!

Today i witnessed 3 ladies that work at the library not only make my daughter feel like she was a burden to their job, they laughed at her and made her question her ability to function in society if this is how they treat adults with autism!i stood watching my dayghter dig deep and try her best to advocate for herself i was applaud at these grown women and how they conducted themselves as mature adults and members of the community.

Recommend reconsidering the layout for library. As far as libraries go this one is the loudest one I've been to. IMO poorly laid out which makes it very difficult to concentrate if studying. High roof acts like an amplifier for noise.Regardless, staff are very helpful.

Helensvale Cultural Centre
The Helensvale library is a fantastic addition to the area. It is a well resourced library by any standard. The facilities here are truly first rate. Meeting rooms, function rooms, 3d printer, online book services etc etc.The staff are really great, so helpful and knowledgeable.You will find this library constantly flowing and bustling with people.
