Mansfield Holiday Park

Cabin had all we required for 4 night peaceful stay...staff friendly and helpful... planning to come back.

Spent 3 nights on powered site. The amenities were always clean and in good condition. The park grounds are awesome and plenty of space for the kids. Especially love the grounds either side of the camp kitchen where the kids could play. The pool was clean and bins always emptied. Staff were friendly Would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is the only park we have been to that refuses late arrival, which is annoying but not reason for this scathing review. The manager was so rude to my wife conveying this information as we were 2 hrs into the drive. Then we called the next day to discuss our reservation, again we were nice and manager recognising us hung up on us. Rude. Rude, ride, how is this person still employed!

The area here is very good which there's a long next to it but when we are trying to chuck out and we are late, it cost extra money to chuck out if you're later than 10am

Large grassy powered site, nice view to dam and surrounds. Amenities clean and good hot showers. Could do with one more washing machine.

Lovely quiet park. Good sized camp sites. Great toilet/shower blocks all central to sites. Dam to fish in, walking/riding distance to servo & town by bike.

So convenient, close to everything especially Mt Buller! Love it and will definitely come back!

We sat on the verandah of our cabin and wished we had read the reviews about this place before booking, the bad ones were the ones that were now ringing true. The location (Mansfield/Eildon Area) is good, and the place itself is an average park, although the mini-golf course is in disrepair, there are loose pavers long the edge of the pool, and one BBQ just takes your money, but the real problem is that the owners are the worst we have ever encountered in over 40 years of camping, and if something goes wrong, I’m sure you too will mark this place off as one to never ever stay at again.The owners messed up our booking but instead of trying to do something constructive, their solution was simply aggressive bullying, rudeness, overcharging, apathy and to never apologise or even admit that it was their mistakes that created the situations in the first place. Absolutely no concept of friendly customer service
