Your standard Chinese Restaurant but delicious main course and entrées - always a treat to get deep fried ice cream - the restaurant is right on the Wellington Point shopping strip and can enjoy ambience of the other diners enjoying their Sunday lunch.

Very disappointed. The food from this friendly local has in the past has been delicious, both dine in and take away. Sadly it has changed.

I’ve religiously bought food here since I’ve been in Wellington Point and that $12 lunch special with a drink destroys a $60 Pad Thai you’d get from premium restaurants in Brisbane City.It’s that good. Don’t sleep on such amazing food for a reasonable price.The service is personable. Never a bad front of house, and the ingredients are fresh and authentic.Don’t even think about it. Just try it. You won’t go back to anywhere but here. Those lunch specials are legendary. The amount of food for the price and the quality of it is mythical.

Our neighbours told us about their meal from Coastal Chinese Restaurant, Wellington Point. We have just enjoyed their most generous takeaway pack which is delicious and far more than two people can manage. Delicious leftovers for tomorrow. Beef in black bean sauce was tender and included an array of fresh vegetables in a tasty sauce. Honey chicken was a large serve of tender chicken, not too sweet. Accompanied by a large serve of fried rice and prawn chips. High quality and highly recommend Coastal Chinese Restaurant. Give this local business a try.

We have been customers and going to coastal Chinese restaurant for years now, after tonight’s experience a mix up with our order then meal being delayed over an hour. The Quality of our food was not at usual standard. Sad to see their customer service was poor.Won’t be returning after many years.

Passing through the area, we decided to order takeaway from Coastal Chinese Restaurant. The menu was very comprehensive, the lady (Eliese) at the counter was very friendly, bubbly and warm. She brought a smile to our faces, made us both laugh and feel very relaxed. Food was prepared quickly, very tasty- will definitely be back :)
