Great sessions full of variety. Alex has a great knowledge of the body overall as well so can always assist with any aches and pains. Always a fun and enjoyable time, at any fitness level!

I love Alex's sessions. While my husband and I were working from home, the training sessions with Alex were the highlight our day. I was impressed with Alex's creativity in finding new moves for every session, with his attention to the injuries we might have, and, also, impressed with the progress I made throughout months of workout. I highly recommend Alex for his sessions.

I have been training with Alex for almost a year now after hearing from my neighbour how fantastic he is. Having now experienced it for myself I couldn't agree more! I would highly recommend Fettle and Fit to anyone looking for highly tailored, whole-of-body approach to PT that is delivered by a trainer with a huge amount of knowledge and always-friendly manner.Alex's style is a mix of pilates, yoga, cardio, strength and mobility excercises. I always leave feeling great and have noticed a big difference in how my body feels and what it can do. I've also learned so much about the best ways to build and maintain my fitness, so I can put it all into practice outside of our sessions.A few months ago I badly sprained my ankle (outside of our sessions) and Alex has been so helpful with rehabilitation - he is extremely knowledgeable and our sessions are always tailored to exactly what I need on the day. There's much more to say but in essence I'm just very glad I decided to give Fettle & Fit a go!
