I am honestly enjoying and appreciating the help I'm getting from the Bendigo base. My case worker Mark is understanding and supportive and that's exactly what I need. I have had previous case workers who have pushed! Just pushed me to do something I knew I couldn't do, but did it anyway to keep the peace. That ended in a lot of disappointment from myself and others. It doesn't help anyone and only results in me coming back to unemployment even more deflated.Mark is helping me get back on my feet and encouraging me to be my best self. He is truly a gem.

Grate staff and even better support services from mark really grate atmosphere and he explains everything in a way thats really clear and easy to understand will also go obove and beyond to help his clients
