Staff extremely un helpful, they were nice people and polite however extremely un knowledgeable and we’re just going through the motions. Gave out advice that turned out to be incorrect leaving me out of pocket. Had to make 5 trips just to get a new phone.

Yesterday, I got my first Telstra SIM card. I was very satisfied with everything and especially felt very comfortable speaking with Girlie. Even though my English is not fluent, Girlie has been patient and enthusiastic throughout the process. She provides excellent customer service and I am very impressed with her enthusiasm <3

Great at taking your money and signing you up to their plans. Terrible after sales service... take your details and have some bloke sitting on a sidewalk of a busy street call you back. Great business model for telstra but really bad for the customer

Walking through the Mitchell Centre last Sunday and saw that Telstra was open. We used the opportunity to have a minor upgrade performed on my phone. The staff were very helpful and attentive. A nice change from some of the phone shops I have visited before.

Thank you Telstra team for your kindness and such an awesome service...your service has improved since I first used Telstra 20 years ago. Staff at Darwin CBD you all are so helpful....plus the online and via phone calls to ensure my issues were dealt with. People be kind to these reps they are amazing and go out of their way to assist.
