Great club, very welcoming. I paid for a 1 week pass whilst on holiday in Albany recently. The trainers were great, perfect HIIT style group workout to keep the weight off whilst enjoying the great food around town. I’ll definitely be back for a workout next holidays.

Absolutely love how I can go at my own pace. The trainers are awesome and know exactly when to push a bit harder. I am so glad I finally found a workout that I am actually motivated to go to!
