I went in there a while ago and the service was shocking walked out frustrated! My partner went in there today with the intention to spend a fair bit of money and again..... shocking service.... he asked for a certain size shoe she walked away never to return! Certainly don't like posting these reviews but it's seriously annoying when you walk out with nothing simply from frustration!

Just discovered the Jim Kid Store at Clarkson. Very pleased with the service, the staff were friendly, helpful and willing to sort out any problems and answer questions.There was plenty of stock, very well organised and easy to find what we wanted.We will be back!!

Found some shoes I liked and tried them on but also needed help. Young girl and young guy working there walked past me to the back to have a chat and ignored the fact I was there. No hello, no, “need any help?”. Went to the counter to buy said shoes and the guy was on his phone, also asked how I was which was nice but didn’t even bother to look at me but kept looking at his phone. Next time I’m buying elsewhere.

Staff seem unorganized, but nice enough...however, I don't appreciate my clothing size being yelled out in the store as if to embarrass me. Something to consider

My only issue is the way Jim Kidd conduct their Click and Collect.When you select a store online it tells you it is in stock at THAT selected store.But when you call them they don't have it as all their click and collects come from the warehouse in wangara.That defeats the purpose of Click and Collect. This is misleading and should be addressed. This is the 2nd time this has occurred.

Jim Kidd store in Clarkson. Great service. My hubby and I visited this store this morning. Received great individual attention from a very handsome young man called Jeremy. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Very polite, very respectful to us, very chatty. So helpful with my hubby as he has had a stroke. Thank you Jeremy, you have just restored my faith in human nature. If all kids were like you the world would be a great place. Thank you.

Had the worst shop assistant this morning at this place. I asked her for some help in finding sizes for runners. She came over and snapped at me and i said i cant bend over as i have a bad back at the moment. She pointed out a pair of shoes and trudged off. After awhile i went and asked her for some more help. Again she came over and was very condescending and spoke over me as if i was the worst person in the shop. So i told her to go away and go back to what she was doing . I told her on the way out that she was in the wrong job and needed to be a bit more patient. This girl has a long way ti go in her working life. Andcuf she cant handle this job WELL its as good as it gets for her. I will never set foot in this shop again. Went to soend less and the young lady in there couldn't have been more helpful. I gladly spent my money there. Sorry Jim Kidd lift your game. AND NOT SURPRISING CANT FIND A NUMBER FOR HEAD OFFICE OR ONE THAT ANSWERS. THIS UOUNG LADY WAS JUST NASTY AND HORRIBLE. GLAD SHE ISNT MY DAUGHTER JUST NASTY. . IF ANYONE CAN PUT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION FOR THEIR HEAD OFFICE PLEASE HELP NE OUT.

Friendly, helpful and focused on the customer's wishes. Will most certainly go back there to shop. Prices are very competitive.
