I went there with a friend and this was probably the worst customer service I have ever received. The girls doing my nails did not understand a word of English and could not understand what colour I wanted. The manager was so rude too and kept talking over to the other employees in their own language. Just a terrible experience. Had to fix my nails after spending money at the shop. Would never be going again and do not recommend!!

My foot was cut with the grater that removes dead skin. Cut so deeply that it bleed everywhere. They are so so rough it’s ridiculous. Now I have an infection in the side of my foot. No communication skills.Worst and most painful pedicure ever.

The nails are were very low quality - one of the nails fell off right before she finished and it had to be redone. I paid $65 for nails that lasted only a week before all of them fell off (I do not do any activities that would make them fall off). When I asked for a refund I was refused and when I was put on the phone with the owner/manager he just said no and hung up. I asked for lavender nails and they gave me a baby pink colour. I do not recommend this place and am very disappointed with the service.

Asked for four nails removed? she did it poorly and purposefully did it to make it painful. I asked for a pedicure, non shellac. she charged me $60 and I only asked for water and my toes done, none of the rest. It’s a daylight robbery. Not to mention they’re seriously horrible with customers. Making fun of them & just being super unprofessional. A bit too mean of them especially when their job is to play with feet all day. They really ought to get it sorted.

Staff where so rude, the lady I had was so rough and when I said ouch they all started laughing and talking in there language. She would pull my hand back and forward like I was an inconvenience to her. I mean if you hate your job that much maybe find a different career. Then to top it off she yells at me like a school kid to go wash my hands!!! Don't recommend this place

I was charged an insane amount for a full set and pedicure. Both are sloppy and uneven. I wanted a french tip and was sworn at when I asked for the nail tech to just paint the whole thing white as it looked horrible. Terrible service I highly recommend the nail salon 2 floors above.

Rude staff, the nails look ok but the next morning I had hot pain in the side of my big toenail where she pulled the nail out yesterday. I really hope it doesn’t get infected.

!!DO NOT RECOMMEND!!- staff were rude and had terrible communication skills- way over priced, false advertising (said $50 but charged $90)- nails are wonky- some nails have polish onto skin and others aren’t even fully covered- my pinky nails were different sizes and lengths- did the acrylic far out so nails look grown out- didn’t cut cuticle or anything- acrylic was thicker than normal, and uneven- when I got pedi they didn’t do massage or anything just painted nails ( still paid full price and my feet didn’t even get to go into the water)- EVEN CUT MY FINGER WITH THE DRILL!!!!Highly recommend going to the nail salon on level 2 near the food court!!!

Rude staffReally bad job done on my nails. I had to tell the girl a couple of times to get rid of the remaining shellac on my nail before she started to put on new polishSaid I was going to be charge $30 (only cash that day) then I went to pay and they said it was $35 , i complained and they said ok buy didn’t even look at my face or apology for the inconvenience.

Costed me 45$ for a pedicure which was a joke. Dipped feet in boiling water, put a scrub for 5 mins and thats it and it made no difference to my feet. The prices for the kind of service they provide is ridiculous!
