Tool Kit Depot Gawler

Couldn't praise the staff at Adelaide tools More. I rang up early in the morning to ask if they had a Milwaukee 10 piece kit. Which they did and i asked them to hold as i had to travel 200km from the country. Once i arrived i was made to feel quite welcome and the staff prepared my items at the front desk for when we were ready to leave. In the meantime i had a great conversation with the Milwaukee rep who showed me through the new innovations with their range. The shop it self had a huge range of product to choose from. Also being from the country it was quite easy to locate and their was plenty of parking. I would recommend to anyone looking for some tools to consider Adelaide Tools in Gawler.

Took our blow vac motor to get fixed as it was cutting out. The staff promptly looked at the problem and I was able to collect it within half an hour for around $30 all up including some fresh fuel. I would highly recommend them for service, honesty and promptness. I will definitely be back.

Had I needed, they have a huge selection of tools , welding equipment .

Lots of tools, need a better wider selection and variety of tools. Eg I want more then 1 30mm socket to choose from, I want 10 differant 30mm sockets to choose from. I have a better variety of 30mm sockets in my tool box. I shouldn't need to go to super cheep auto after been in your store.

Staff were great at greeting as soon as we walked in the door, but not a single staff member came to ask if we needed a hand after 20 mins we had to go to the counter where all 5 staff we're just standing, once going to the counter they did quite a good job to then try help us find the part we needed

The management decisions in this store has made me shop elsewhere...I spent 1500 on a pop rivett gun and went too use it for first time and when I googled what would be wrong with it I see it didn't have a inside spring...I rang the store back pleading that this gun was a demo machine and obviously it has been ratted and I needed it too put 300 rivets in Saturday morning...then they rung me back after speaking with manager Brad and told me 3 weeks time it will come back from makita.....I then rang Parafield and Luke offered too replace the gun after telling him my situation....Luke is a hero.. I will shop there in a heartbeat....but for Gawler the manager has big problems....he's done this too me on more than 15 times

What a lovely bunch of workers - thanks for making me and my partner feel comfortable in a male dominated store, you were nothing but helpful and honest about your products. It was great to also see a female worker to assist with the girls but also good that the guys made my girlfriend feel welcomed and happy to come back on her own.

Friendly and helpful ,didn't have required product in stock so they sold us the display one and were very professional. Would go back again if in the area and needing tools etc.
