I wanted to get my grandfather a personalised mat in Greek and Candy Bar delivered beyond expectations! The team were very helpful from the beginning, showing me all the different types of fonts available. They also delivered so quickly despite me changing my mind heaps of times. Would definitely recommend :)

Ordered cake topper online. Received it by post broken. Emailed to let them know and asked if I can have a refund. Showed them pics of broking topper, reported to Aus Post and Aus Post gave me a case number to give to Marie who I believe is the manager? It is now 6 weeks and still no refund! Emailed heaps of times, the reply I am getting heaps is “I’ll get back to you” Don’t hear from them. Very disappointed. Never ordering from them again. Communication sucks! Terrible

Very happy with Candy Bar Sydney! Our name cutout was amazing! I painted it white to meet our theme and it came up beautifully. Absolutely loved it and now its hanging in our house :) Their service was seamless and easy. Couldn't recommend enough

I recently ordered on of the candy bars balloon gifts, a giant balloon with candy inside for my daughters birthday. It arrived in a beautiful big box with pretty ribbon and my daughter was so excited to see what was inside. Sadly when we opened the box the balloon had busted during transport so it was a bit anticlimactic.I called the store and they were very apologetic, they said it had never happened before and offered a partial refund or some big balloons delivered that day. My daughter chose the balloons and they were beautiful. I know the ballon busting was not their fault and sometimes these things just happen but I appreciate their effort to make it up to my daughter.I’ve deducted one star just because I had a slight issue after paying and opting for delivery wherein they emailed me afterwards and said it was actually an extra $30 on top of what I had paid for delivery. I wish this was more clearly advertised at checkout.

Staff at the warehouse are very friendly and helpful! They made sure to show me a variety of balloons and chocolates for my birthday set up, which ended up looking amazing! Their custom cake toppers look gorgeous and are great quality. I later came back to purchase a variety of personalised Christmas ornaments (wish I got photos of them all) which everyone loved! My go-to for all events.

It’s a relatively small warehouse, but has such a wide variety of candy, chocolate and party supplies that it’s a fun trip to take with the family and gets the kids entertained. 5/5 stars I’ll definitely come again!

My son and I decided to go to get Takis without calling and unfortunately they didn't have them in stock but wow... what an amazing shop and lovely lady that helped and served us. My son found other things that he only dreamt about. We will definitely be going back.
