Woodroffe Skylights

Fantastic experience all round, installing two Velux skylights and roof hatch. Great knowledge and advice on options, excellent and friendly trades, ( I noticed one of the installers even put cardboard under his car to ensure it did not drop oil on my drive!).Very happy with the result and would highly recommend.Thanks Mark and team.

The service from Woodroffe skylights has been outstanding and the prices are very competitive, by far the best I was quoted. Our salesperson Mark was great. Great service all round, from the quote, the manufacturing and install. The new skylight lets in so much natural light we do need lights on during the day now. Very happy.

So the skylights look great but I found the service and follow up terrible. One thing that is particularly annoying is that they gave us controllers that didn't match - and stated that we would have to pay them $220 as a call out fee to reprogram a solar controller. (After spending over $10000 on blinds!). They also haven't dealt with a gap in one of the blinds. I wouldn't use this company again. Mark Hoepner was the guy who we dealt with. I found him rude and unhelpful.Update 11/4/2023They did eventually fix the blind issue but the response from the owner was not correct. This is copied and pasted from his email sent weeks earlier. He was clearly going to charge me a call out fee of $220.You can programme the remote yourself if you wish

Very professional and polite staff, on time and efficient. Only downside is the high cost of service

From quote to install they were always there when they said they would be. The installers were friendly, very tidy and did an amazing job. The installer also saw the potential for a leak from when the house was built so he fixed it for me free of charge. Was amazed by that. Will definitely use again!
