I've been to this branch twice. Twice I have been disappointed! I was trying to get a replacement fuel cap for my BT-50, but it had an aftermarket tray & fuel feeder pipe. The staff member made absolutely no effort to resolve my need... simply if I don't know what I want, he can't help. First time was similar story about a shock absorber. I went to Auto Pro & had one within minutes... I used Bursons Browns Plains QLD almost exclusively for over 10 years. I will never go into Bursons Bairnsdale again. As for the expected response, the answer is get staff who care enough to understand that they are the key to repeat business.
