EML

My first case manager went on annual leave while I was waiting for my surgery claim to clear, and didn't tell me, while I waited with horrible nerve pain. No one seemed to know what was happening with my case. I had to chase it up. My new case manager is on annual leave now, and once again didn't tell me. I need surgery again. Horrible customer service. Worst I've ever experienced. I'd rate them 0 stars if I could.

Absolutely useless.. A complete hassle to deal with, having a case manager is pointless they don't help with anything. If I could give a zero rating I would.

Very bad experience, Had 9 case managers over 2 years and even had a conflict of interest.From Daughter to Mother as a case manager because she couldn't handle the stress of someone always hassling them because they didn't meet my needs to return back to work.

Won't even waste my finger strength pressing a star, but I have to to write this review, Get a lawyer, And be prepared to get no help whatsoever, worst 2.5 years of my life dealing with this company, Lucky I stopped myself from coming down and hanging myself in the foyer just to show them what no help and respect does to a person!!! absolutely disgusting.

Absolutely hopeless. Over a year after my injury snd 2 surgeries later they still won't accept that I can't return to my previous job role and won't pay for a course so I can get my life back.

If I could give zero stars I would . What a joke this company is. Took 11 weeks for my claim to go through. I’d always have to chase things up do their work because they couldn’t. Any time I needed assistance I wouldn’t get a reply or answer . Denise was useless glad she’s gone.

Abhorent, no moral compass whatsoever. Employ crooked psychs who write whatever they want, misinterpret medical reports to read what they want - they just look for any reason whatsoever to reject a claim and stick with it, forcing the injured worker to jump through hoops to try to get their entitlements. Even when their reason for rejecting the claim contradicts medical reports, they won't budge. This not only causes the injured worker lots of stress and financial hardship, it delays their recovery because EML withdraws all medical and return to work services as soon as they reject the claim.They withheld finanical support and medical treatment from me until I accepted a deal for less than I was legally entitled to. I don't know how they sleep at night.

First 10 months of my work place injury heard nothing from this mob. Then I get notification of cessation of all medical payments in 2 months time. Lodged a claim through sth Australian employment tribunal and had everyone calling. Then get assigned a case worker to manage??? My case. Totally useless.did nothing. Told me nothing just assigned. Still my case worker still doing nothing. Going on 2 yrs now. Only found out about claiming medical expenses after 13 months. Total money oriented for themselves. Stear clear of this lot. Need investigation. Poor. Very poor.

I have not got any Mental time or energy left to even tell you how i feel about EML. Except . Worst 3 years of my life mentaly dealing with this Discusting company

The best you could say is amateurs or at the worst incompetent. If I could give them a negative 5, I would. All I can I suggest you do is go through the Insurance ombudsman and have them investigated. Hopefully closed down.
