EB Games - DFO Canberra

Was helped out by a lovely lady (Skye, I believe). She was extremely knowledgeable and helped both myself and my partner get exactly what we needed. 10/10 would go back and see her for further help

Bad service. Two staff were in the register, one was busy. Rather than jump on the register while the other staff member was busy dealing with a customer (not putting through a transaction), the staff member working at the closed register told me off for not realising the register was closed--something that has never been an issue in the decade or so I've been shopping at various eb games outlets. I feel that it's unprofessional to discipline customers when they've made a mistake. Also, working in customer service myself, if I'm on shift and my coworker has to deal with another customer, it's my responsibility to work with any patrons who turn up in the meantime. Snapping at them because I'm sorting stock and don't want to deal with them would not be acceptable. It seems that this basic principle of customer service is not understood at eb games dfo. I will not be shopping there again.

every time i come here the one staff member that’s in the store just kinda stares at me the entire time, it’s weird ngl can’t they just at least pretend they’re doing something other than staring at customers because there’s nothing else to doanyway apart from the fact that coming into this store is a slightly traumatising experience, the store (and every other eb games) generally overpriced most (if not all) of their products, so shopping at jb hi fi is probably a better idea

To many emos that work there

I went to eb games to trade in some of my perfectly working game consoles plus loads of games and controllers which I know were worth a fair price, but was surprised to be told that it was worth a considerable amount less then what I expected. I do anknowlage that it was a trade in, and you usually get a low price for a trade it but this was unacceptable, I will never deal with EB games again, even if it isent in DFO.

I love EB Games but the store is smaller than others. However I'd love to buy goods from here. I wish I can find pre-loved items more.

One of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had at EB games, staff are phenomenal and the store is always well kept. Worth making the trip for!

Very friendly, the server went out of her way to find the games I was looking for an informed me of the deals I could get to save money which is always welcomed.

Skye is an absolute pleasure to have assist me in my pokemon purchases, very knowledgeable.Edit:as usual awesome service at EB fyshwick, the people are just awesome.
