Love this store! Always buy my handbags and travel accessories here. The prices and quality are great. The staff will always help if you are unsure about something. They also have a great rewards scheme which actually pays if you use it

I tried to return a bag I had purchased 32 days prior as the straps were broken off, the girl was so rude and said no you only have 30 days, then proceeded to tell me that it's synthetic, if it was leather then maybe they would replace it, unbeliveable, she obviously doesn't like her job never will I shop there again

Unwelcoming customer service with no smile at all and she was chewing her gum the whole time.I always buy bags from standbag but this this first time from ellenbrook store. Usally they go and grab you new one that still in package(unless they run out then they will come out and kindly let you know with smiley face and ask if you still want the last one) but this lady didnt even bother and just take the tag out and start scaning it(the sample bag).Im just disappointed.. I was so excited to buy the bag and was interest for more stuff too but because of her service it make me end up with just what i need and not what i want.

I always buy my bags from strandbags,but its my 4 th time going to ellenbrook shop, never had issues before but this time that young girl in store clearly has no customer service sense,i asked her a question and she didn't answer properly and later i found what i want and she was waiting for me to pay while i was checking the bag and when i was ready to pay she wasn't there and few ladies came in amd gone out she wasn't like someone working there,,she was in an another world with rude attitude and she clearly showed no interest in customer service..I would definitely wont go to this store anymore if she is inside on the day....

pretty lame service just now, asked if there were any clutch bags in the sale section that was obstructed with stocktake boxes... apparently there weren't but when i had a closer look on my second trip lo and behold there were! when I went to pay the entire surrounding counter area was bombarded with stocktake boxes and I'm leaning over to pay yet no acknowledgement or even a smile. sales girl clearly hates her job and her customers
