Westral

After getting another estimate I decided on Westral as they suggested that I screen in the porch area, rather than just the front door/window. I had pretty much decided to go with the competing lower quote, but I reviewed my options and that suggestion. After much deliberation, I ultimately went with that plan as it closed off the partially enclosed porch that I would have to have contended with later, perhaps with a shutter.Although the price was about 25% higher, for the much larger door the Westral quote was nevertheless very competitive. The quality of Crimsafe Ultimate screen door finished product (as well as install) is top notch along with the customer service.

Tony, our plantation shutter installer, was so efficient and competent. The product is the highest quality. We always ask Westral to do our window treatment. Absolutely pleasant experience from the start to finish.

Product seems ok however the customer service is very sub standard. Difficult to contact throughout the process on multiple occasions and one month after install. Westral still hadn't checked in. Felling perplexed.

Tony was incredibly professional and friendly. He fitted the blinds quickly and with care. We are delighted with how they have made our house feel more like a home.
