I had to get a hamper last minute for an appointment at 2pm. I messaged them at 12pm and asked if I could pick it up in 30 minutes and the customer service was amazing. But then they went above and beyond and brought it to my car when I arrived. It saved me having to try find a park and get out of my car and find the building. Which was a massive help. I had the best customer experience and the hamper was beautiful. Thank you so much. The service was amazing. I will be using Gift & Crate again soon.
