MOUNT GAMBIER NAILS & SPA

Booked a 3pm appointment to have a refill and was appalled by the shocking service. One girl removed my gel and then walked off with no explanation, never to return. Then another girl set about cleaning the place , totally ignoring me. Then when I thought I was going to have my nails completed they started doing someone else's nails. At this stage I'd had enough and complained and it still took another 40 minutes to have my nails done by another 2 different people.

I had my nails done, I was very unhappy with the results, it was messy and looked unprofessional. I tried to make an appointment to fix it but the owner threw the phone down in my ear. She refused to fix my nails and wanted me to pay again. Both her and her husband were extremely rude.

The service was excellent. They found an appointment for me at short notice and did a fantastic job on my manicure. So good that I went back the next day for a pedicure. Staff are very friendly too. A good find for a traveller.

not happy at allthe nail artist that did my acrylic nails was incredibly rough and not nice at alli’ve ended up having to remove the nails the same day i got them at home due to pain in my fingersI will not be coming back

Worst pedicure ever. Having to travel for work I have to find a salon in any given city. Today this was the choice. Appointment was 3 30pm, 3 of our group was given a chair during my time waiting 4 other people came in saying they had appointments for 3 30.The 4th lady was about to be seated when the man realized I was still waiting so he gave me a seat and the pedicure took nothing less than 10mins. He rushed EVERYTHINGFor $40 at least you could do a proper pedicure instead of rushing people in and out of chairs.Worst place I've ever been to yetDidn't even have the change available for a $50 note in the end either

Unfortunately despite the outcome looking good the service was HORRIBLE.About a week ago i booked my son an appointment to get a deluxe manicure and normal polish and they were fine to book that for me but then very quickly became apprehensive when i said it's for my son and said put it under his name but despite that she wrote it in the book right infront of meDeluxe manicure and polish for son at 3pm.So I KNOW they knew what was supposed to be done.Because of that experience I didn't really have a high expectation as for how the appointment would go but was hopeful that it would be fineWell the appointment came around and what do ya know They didn't do the Deluxe manicure and polish despite it being written in the book AND me saying about 5 times while we were there that he is booked in for a deluxe manicure and polish...... all she done was a VERY poor attempt of a buff as in she rubbed the buffing block forward and backward ONCE then did the polish.The whole Demeanor of the staff changed when I told son to sit instead of me then he was palmed off to a different worker and was told to sit in a different seat less then 2 minutes after he was told to sit in one seat.Nothing negative was actually said..... well not in English anyway but the treatment was disgusting.(Thankfully only charged us for the buff and polish)It's a shame because I normally get my nails done there and love them but won't be going there anymore.I will find a more progressive and accepting nail salon

Great pedicure! Technician repaired my broken toenail very well, very pleased with her work. Hot stone was a new experience, loved it!

I really like the end product. My nails look great and still do a week later and im not gentle. Have had a lot of comments about the look of them, the shape and the colour and people asking me where i got them done.
