The team at CATS, especially Serge, are honest and lovely to deal with. I had some transmission whine and wanted to pre-emptively fix it up because the car I drive is known for blown manual transmissions on stock power, and it's out of warranty.They didn't charge me for a diagnostic session even though I hadn't decided what route I was going to take, and gave me a very reasonable quote and time frame.We had a couple of hiccups along the way - reverse camera didn't work because a sensor had to be plugged in, and power steering felt weird afterwards which was fixed by an EPS reset. The guys were great to deal with and very accomodating, even though the steering issues could've been easily dismissed as placebo (to be honest I even doubted myself until I drove with a friend who has the same car).The transmission feels great, even my mates remarked about how smooth it is compared to their cars.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to CATS for whatever problems they may have. I hope I don't have to come back in the near future, but if I ever have transmission issues I know who I'm going to call.

These guys are the real deal! Gian & Paul are true to their word when they say they will bring your car back to new! I came back on 2 occasions due to concerns I had and both times they proved reliable and transparent. My Dodge that I have had since new , is simply performing as good as new! I couldn’t recommend Gian and the team more! I’d been messed about by a garage in Bankstown for months over an issue which after spending thousand had still not been fixed. CAT were recommended by my local Mycar in randwick and after 1 visit they were able to confirm the issue and fix within a week at a much friendlier purse price! Would go back anytime.

CATS did a rebuild/upgrade of the automatic transmission (RE5R05A) in my Nissan Pathfinder.Efficient, no nonsense, great service. Reasonably priced.I picked up the car and the next day drove it to Adelaide.Car didn’t miss a beat, trans is perfect.Well done gentlemen.100% would recommend.

Don't think twice this is the best place to take your car. They car not just about the car, but their customers. I bought my first car in Australia and was having some problems with it and the dealership that I got it from. Gian was the miracle that I needed during this frustrating time. Not only did he find the problem and fix it, he so graciously listened to my frustrations and empathised with me. I am in awe of the kindness you showed. Thank you!

The crew at CATS came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint. After our dealer -wrongly- diagnosed the issue we had with our car, a trip to CATS delivered a different diagnosis. One gearbox rebuild later our car is running just fine.
