Steve was a pleasure to work with. This is the second time Steve has sold our place, and the fact we asked him to help again speaks for itself. We'll go back to Steve when we sell again! When we caught up for this one, Steve had facts on recent sales, understanding of our particular property and where it sat in the market as well as a solid idea of price.
