How hard is it take rubbish out of shopping trolleys before having them available to use? Need to find a better way with personal shoppers...I counted 7 in the fruit and vegetable section at once.

Absolutely love this store. Love the staff, love the organization of the store and think the quiet hour on a Tuesday morning is a fantastic idea as my daughter struggles with high sensory situations. This has been a blessing as this hour has made shopping less stressful for her and myself. Thankyou to a wonderful team and store. Highly recommend shopping here.

Looking forward to a roast pork after a scorching day, staff were great ,got home inly to find WOOLIES CARRUM DOWNS DONT SALT THE PORK CRACKLING .So disappointed.not sure if I will ever buy anything from the delivery section again .

The place has just about everything we need. Staff are helpful. But it gets frustrating when they have moldy berries (whether it be purchased online or in-store), I've only ever had but 1 full punnet of good berries, the rest always end-up in the bin. Perhaps really open those punnets before placing them on the shelves.

Allways two customers service talk while stand 10min waitg. And self serve 8 out 10 keycard only 2 out of 10 self serve . Why can't all machines take both pick only cards work silly slows line q down heaps
