when you first go buy something all the workers are bragging about the 90 warranty and about if anything goes wrong with the camera you can just return it but when you go back to return it the staff rude specially the ginger one. bought a camera for a holiday, the camera charger never worked so couldn't use it overseas, when i come back to return it they try it at the office and it doesn't work then they take it inside fix it and tell me its working perfectly fine and I couldn't return it anymore. the ginger or red head was especially rude, definitely just recommend buying of Facebook.

Quite a bit of quality stock with great prices. Staff very helpful and friendly, one of the best Cash Converter stores.

I have always been hesitant about buying tech goods online but my experience with CC Heidelberg, VIC has completely changed my mind and made me a lot more confident. I am absolutely rapt with my iPad and also the excellent customer service skills of Corey in the webshop who should be highly commended. Hi to all the Public, I have been a customer of Cash Converters Heidelberg for several years, and have been a customer of every section, Loans, Buys and Loans and Retail. At this present day, the Store Manager has done some very beautiful and neatly assorted aisles of goods, the store is kept very well, not cluttered, and on a sunny day, the two front doors open, all the fresh air and ambience from outside comes into the store. Great plus, great kudos for presentation. People should pop in to see what products available in retail, there is all-round good supply of everything, whether be speakers, second-hand mobiles, second hand CDs, DVDS, Blurays, radios, stereos, sport goods, clothes, jewelry..etc..Recently in the space of 4-5weeks during lockdown restrictions for CO-VID 19, I had purchased a second hand surround sound amplifier, and for several months, the amplifier was just sitting there, with no speakers nor subwoofer. Well..popped in..random late afternoon, went to the speaker section, and was very very fortunate to find the second hand speakers I was looking for on the spot..(centre, front left, front right speakers), with the assistance, very friendly, approachable, patient, informative and understanding customer service, name Jake. He was very helpful, and we were able to connect and have a conversation, informal and formal business bits, plus throwing some funny jokes and some laughter. Three weeks later, I rock up midday, Jake was on shift again, and he was again very friendly, he remembered me, we connected and talked, I was looking for a subwoofer, and again, found a good product choice, tailoired made"

Rude staff discriminating and refusing service, will never go there again. Manager has a chip on his shoulder even though I have a mask exemption and fully vaxxed I'm not allowed in store. Poor service

Was after a Joy-con controller when Tony greeted us with a smile and assisted us immediately. It makes a big difference when the customer service is 5/5

Very lazy staff. Inconvenient pickup setup. Not accessible and not setup for those hard of hearing. Takes days to respond to emails. Just stay closed during COVID or learn from stores navigating click and collect well. Not sure why you need to see an email for the order if ID presented matches the name on the order too. So much fuss and rigmarole when it could be all a much simpler process. Staff are rude and not prepared even with days to get an order ready. Stay closed.
