Cannot comment on the product as they never got that far.On three separate occasions they said they would come to my house to measure and quote for a shade sail.Each time I left work early to meet them.Not once did they show nor did they call to explain their absence.

Such a pleasure to deal with these guys. We had a remote control folding arm awning installed which created a versatile entertaining area outside. Prompt, professional and reliable, would definitely recommend!

ZERO STARS!!! They installed my shade sail at the start of this year and less than 12 mths later the posts had to be recemented. They chucked the sail on the ground and left it there for nearly 2 weeks. Finally came back to install the sail and it is melted in places from being left out near perspex that reflected sunlight and melted parts of it. That happened on 7 Dec and today is 21 Dec. I've rung them twice with no reply. Today I was told they'd send me an email later today but refused to tell me in person what they were going to do to fix the problem they caused. I sent them a registered letter which they received on 16Dec but they still ignore the problem. But someone there could send me an anonymous text saying to desist from defaming them to their staff. So I assume it was the owner. They were 2hrs late to one appointment and only showed up after I called. AVOID THEM.

Extremely poor customer service. It took nearly more than month to get just a quote and that also after many attempts. And when I received a quote for 8 chair outdoor table cover it was $450, which is ridiculous, finally got it from Bunnings.

Job complete at the Tennis Club! On time, quality materials and the workmanship is 10/10. The new sails have transformed the venue and they look absolutely magnificent. No fuss, just got the job done and it's perfect!Thank you to the team at Quin's.Theo Dalkos - Collingrove Tennis Club

I had this company erect HUGE shade sales over my yard at Glenelg and I was delighted with the product and the service. I moved and ordered new shade sales for my new house. I had to chase them several times to come back with a quote. Appointments were made and not kept. EVENTUALLY I had the new shade sails installed. The product is exceptionally good, the business management is appalling. I have placed another order with them over 3 months ago, and had no response despite repeated emails and phone calls. I've now cancelled my order, and will go elsewhere. Zero stars if I could ! 18 months later I have moved and STILL no follow up contact on the measure he did. Don't they want business?

Great customer service. The shade sail is great quality. Really impressed with the after sale service. Quins Canvas takes great pride in their business and their product. Would definitely recommend this business.
