What wonderful service.All of a sudden I found myself unable to visit our daughter for christmas, thus no presents for her either. Being just days from Christmas, online orders and postage were not an option. Sharon at Pillow Talk Mackay took my phone call and allowed me place an order over the phone, for my daughter to pick up. What's more, they even wrapped the gift for me - I didn't even have to ask. Can't get much better service than that. Merry Christmas Team!

Last Saturday I almost collapsed, but thankfully one of the staff members was close by and helped me to a chair. I would like to take this opportunity to thank both ladies for their care whilst I was in the shop. I will definitely be back and have spread the word about your caring and friendly manner.

What a pleasure it is to shop at this store. First time I've ever been to a Pilliw Talk shop and it's fabulous.New to Mackay and needed to replace lots of linen. Visited their website and took screenshots of what I was after.As it was a large amount, was provided a trolley. I lovely lady helped me shop, whilst the other assisted at checkout. As the trolley was a spare I was able to wheel my goods to the car.Yes, stocked up on lots of items at fabulous prices. Can't wait until I've washed it all and start using it.Shopping here made my day.
