Great staff! Friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to help you with your pet troubles. Great products. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was because it’s such a popular store, and sometimes they don’t have what I need in stock.

Amazing pet shop with comprehensive range of dog items. What stood out and made my shopping experience enjoyable was the friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely make a point to visit the store whenever I visit Perth.

Friendly and knowledge staff. Store Manager Loren was patient and offered great options as I tried to navigate the diversity of cat foods to suit my two cats' dietary requirements. Highly recommend!

Customer service has gone downhill.Staff are too busy working or talking among themselves.I recommend all pet owners please do not shop at all Petbarn and City Farmer stores it's all owned by Petbarn. Their products is are expensive and low in quality.Plus the area manager for Petbarn Perth Graham Dodson is very rude to customers I've heard too many complaints about him from my mates he needs to be sacked asap.Be vary Petbarn sends you a notification about sales with a random number it's a total scamfor example if a product is $15 online you'll be paying $45 3 times the retail price just don't waste your hard earnt money.

Kudos to Rachel at the Yokine Pet Barn. Smiling, polite, and friendly ++. Always a huge product selection at reasonable prices. There were some fantastic specials going on when I shopped. Great time to stock up the doggie treat cupboard.

It’s always an exciting time when we get to bring our pups in for a visit and restock! The staff are so warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable with all of their products and recommendations for specific needs. They treat our pups as their own and the compassion the team has here is above and beyond. They always look for the best possible deal and absolutely invest into your pets.
