I have worked with Beaumont People for close to 2 years in the Sydney office. Moving to Byron in 2017 and being supported by the senior leadership team has been great thing both personally and professionally.I am now recruiting in the Northern Rivers area for not for profits and charities for direct service delivery roles across Health and Social care. I'm privileged to work alongside a truly awesome and highly ethically team of recruitment consultants based in Byron Bay; Led by Branch Manager Justine Dorrell, who has recruited in the Northern Rivers area over the last 7 years.What I love about working with Beaumont as an employee is the same thing that I believe makes Beaumont stand out as an recruitment agency with both candidates and clients, is the focus on 'placing people first'. I was looked after so well by Christine. She was so helpful and attentive. Always one step ahead, checked in with me before and after interviews. Was always pleasant and willing to share a laugh.
