The only reason I'm giving this a 4-star rating is that the corridor next to your room is echoey and noisy when other guests are going in and out of their rooms, which is not pleasant. Otherwise, this is a solid place with solid amenities and hospitality.

KI Dragonfly Guesthouse on Kangaroo Island is an immaculate and peaceful retreat surrounded by stunning landscapes. The rooms are tastefully decorated with attention to detail, and the staff, Sussi and Bruno, are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They provided great recommendations for things to do and see during our stay, including opportunities to see Kangaroo Island's unique wildlife up close.Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!Gracias Susi and Bruno for my English speaking practice :)

Susi and Bruno are the sweetest hosts! They really make you feel super welcome and help you build an itinerary for your time on the island. The rooms are super cosy and bathrooms and very clean and have everything you could need. Highly recommend.

We stayed 4 nights at this guesthouse. It was super clean with a well equipped kitchen and dining area with character and a well maintained backyard garden and patio.The guesthouse is well located in the town centre with restaurants, cafes and the foreshore nearby. Bruno was a generous host always welcoming with tips, suggestions and handy advise. This guesthouse is great value. Kingscote is ‘the must place’ to stay on KI. Bruno, the host, was welcoming and very helpful on activities on KI. Room and bathroom very clean. Kitchen fantastic, outdoor area great. A very homely place.
