Can't comment on anything else but it has taken us 30 minutes in the drive through, just to order. Only to find out there is no bacon for the burgers.So, sitting here still waiting to even pay and it's been 40 mins now and ther are still 3 cars in front of us.Wish we'd known before we got stuck in line

Extremely rude in drive thru on the evening of 21/02/2023.Placed my order then told the wait for original chicken would be 15 minutes. This information would have been appreciated prior to entering the cue in the drive thru line, perhaps signage.Got over charged, tried ringing at 2000 pm many times to no avail.

Waited 20mins for our order, got given a cold burger so asked for a new one. That one was still not fresh, nor were our chips. Tasted like the food was made in the morning. Customer service was terrible, never got an apology for the terrible food and the long wait. Couldn’t even finish our food, made us feel disgusting.

KFC Plainland is one of those built into a service station food court. It's main benefit is convenience and enough turnover so nothing has been sitting in the warmer too long, but for some reason the 11 secret herbs and spices seem to include a larger than usual helping of salt at this particular KFC. Service is very slow even when they're not busy and they prioritise online orders over customers waiting at the counter so you can be ignored for 10 minutes or so even if you're the only soul there. If you want speed and service with your overpriced micro-chiken, try something else.

Plainland store is a constant disappointment! Worst service, products missing from orders & they never answer the phone! What's the point of an easy dinner if you wait half an hour, get it home & its wrong! Whingy kids aren't going to wait any more for me to drive back an get it fixed . The convenience of take away food isn't that convenient. This is my third order in a row thats been missing items & in a booming area this isn't good enough! Seriously take my advice and try another KFC to order dinner for your family.

17th Jan 23 did an app order #1360. The order went to the wrong store. My bad. The young lady that answered. Was professional polite she listened to what I said and solved it promptly and quickly. I'm not an easy customer to deal withI give her 5 stars and show massive appreciation and praise for the professional job she did.Thank you.

One of the most pitiful places to get a meal.We waited 20mins for 2 burgers and when making an enquiry as to how long we were told, we are doing the best we can, we are behind on chips, then also told there are orders before you.They only offered tender burgers and wraps this day, and the Manager had a I do not give a #$%& attitude.Will never come back. And will never advise anyone to stop there.
