Sprint Auto Parts

I will start of by saying Wade is generally very helpful (hence not just 1 Star) but they really dropped the ball here.I purchased an Exide battery from them and when it failed they took it in and tested it then when I went to pick it up told me I had to take it to Bunnings. Bunnings would not switch it of course - they didn’t sell it. Total waste of my time. I called Sprints and queried the next move and after some wrangling about (during which I was made to feel like a nuisance) Wade made it clear they would not help me further and I was told to call Exide. They obviously had some feud with them. Exide in turn told me I had to drive to Wingfield to replace it. Ended up calling Sprints in Noarlunga who will test it and replace it. Very poor service from Sprints Mclarenvale in this case. Simple rules - u sell something to someone - u take responsibility.

Wade is very knowledgeable and this isn’t your everyday car parts store, he goes out of his way to source hard to find parts and is very handy. Always gets in what I want/need at very good prices

On the rare occasions that they don't have what your looking for they get it in as quickly as humanly possible, the prices are very competitive and Wade along with the other staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and explanative

Wade and co are always so helpful be it just for advice or purchasing parts. If they don't have something they get it in quick and fast.And love the customer service, but wiperblades and Wade even fits them for you. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

The guys know how to pull through with the goods. I always call first now and there is no need to shop around because they always look after me on the price and have never let me down on delivery. Thanks again

This place is my go to auto shop. Wade the owner is an absolute guru and will go above and beyond to help anyone out.Whether it be a car enthusiast like myself or someone who is not to sure about things. The best advice and service in the south.

Wouldn't go anywhere else for what I need. The service is always excellent and Wade goes above and beyond for his customers, today we were having a chat about some cars and he put me onto some great footage of an electric Datsun 1200.
