I organised a 70th birthday ice cream cake for my wife. The lady behind the counter was extremely helpful as I really had no idea what I really wanted. She very professionally pointed me in the right direction. It was ready when I wanted it and looked fantastic. Vanilla Hokey Pokey that was very yum. I will definitely go back when I need the next ice cream cake. Well done.

This has always been my go to place for ice-cream. If we're ever in the area, it's a must stop. Especially after eating out at one of the many restaurants close by. The staff are always friendly and happy to help. I never fail to find at least a couple of my favourite ice-cream flavours to choose from. Don't forget the hot fudge sauce! You won't regret it.

As a ex worker of baskins for many years I understand a one scoop is meant to be 354g. I understand no one is gonna get it 100% every time however I have been how roughly 10 times now and every single time the scoops have been extremely small. I think the manager or owner needs to stop trying to save a few bucks and retrain there staff to give out proper Portion sizes

Strathpine has closed down, Aspley has closed down. This is now the only Baskin Robbins in the area. Very clean shop, owners are friendly and give heaps of ice cream. Some of the staff can be variable and be quite stingy with the amount. So timing is kind of important here.

The Baskin Robbins in Albany Creek has a good variety of tasty ice creams, however the small serving sizes given by the manager have put me off returning. The manager here is very stingy with their serving sizes. This has been going on for years now; every time I have gone in and have been served by them they have given me a very small ice cream.I went there yesterday night (forgetting about the manager) and saw the manager as soon as I walked in; I hoped things had changed, but they hadn’t. The serving size was so pitiful it made me sad and angry. The pictures show what I was served for a kid’s cone costing $4.50. The cone was empty on the inside.
