Negative Experience with MyDepot Bathroom's After-Sales Service: A Warning to Potential Customers"I recently had an extremely disappointing encounter with MyDepot Bathroom's after-sales service. Despite being initially friendly, the owner's behaviour took a drastic turn when I purchased a display vanity, supposedly the last clearance stock. Upon bringing it home, I discovered a snapped metal bracket in the drawer, for which I was not responsible.Expecting assistance, I returned to the store, only to find another identical vanity displayed in the showroom (a clear red flag). To my dismay, the owner not only rudely accused me of causing the damage but also demanded $40 for replacing the faulty bracket. Despite the worker's helpfulness, he faced reprimands from his boss for trying to aid me.As a result of this horrendous after-sales service experience, I strongly advise avoiding MyDepot Bathroom. I urge potential customers to think twice before supporting a business that condones such behaviour from its owner.Update:I appreciate your feedback regarding the disassembling of your showroom products. However, it is important to review the available CCTV evidence" to obtain a comprehensive understanding. You will find your records clearly indicate that your own representative was responsible for dismantling the components. Accusations should only be made when supported by accurate facts.
