We just received our shipment of 4 small necklaces. Three of them are not presented the way we asked. We even travelled 300 ks down there a couple of weeks ago to see the person making them and we stood there for 40 minutes while he talked to our friend. We were the customers and he never even acknowledged us. No doubt the are talented but we are disappointed customers.

Rick was very accomodating, attentive and thorough while working out the plans for a remodelling of some jewellery I had into a ring. To say I am over the moon would be an understatement. Ricks work is beautiful, timely and has encased some treasured memories into a gorgeous ring. Thank you.

Where do I start… I would never recommend them and should have trusted my instincts and never taken my rings to be remodelled.

I took two bracelets to them to be rethreaded I was given a time frame of 3 weeks I came back at 4 weeks they weren't ready because they hadn't been sent off I came back at 6 weeks they still weren't ready and I finally got them back after 2 months I also at that time dropped in a ring I wanted replicated I was given a price and a time frame of 3 months I called in after 10 weeks expecting to collect it to be told they couldn't find my bracelets I had to remind them I had already collected the bracelets I was told at that time the ring wasn't ready so I went back another 4 weeks later expecting to collect it only to be told and I quote, 'each time I picked it up I just couldn't be bothered starting it' along with 'I could always take it somewhere else to get it done if I wanted it done'. This would have to rate as the worst customer service and work ethic I have ever encountered, do yourself a huge favour go somewhere that has better customer service a better work ethic and actually wants to do the work

Personally don't want to rate this jewellers at all. Lost 3 sentimental jewels out of a bracelet, took a ring apart when didn't ask them to and sent it back still apart and now can't wear it! Customer service in this matter was very poor.

Balingup Goldsmith is a beautiful ship with unique items and friendly staff. They are wonderful with repairs. It's just a lovely place to visit too.

Wow, what a 'gem' of a place. Pardon the pun! HaWonderful proprietors, outstanding selection of jewellery and other delightful objects, paintings ornaments, love it, love it, love it. If you're heading south it's well worth a visit, especially if you're looking for an unusual or unique piece /gift xxx
